VSMS 2.0 Privacy Policy

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MCEASY COLLECTS, STORES, USE, TRANSPORTS, DISCLOSES AND PROTECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH OUR APPS.

Your use of our Applications and Services is subject to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and indicates your agreement to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Definition

“Application” means the VSMS 2.0 application available on the Google Play Store, App Store or Store available on your device system.

“Personal Information” means certain personal/company data that is inherent and identifiable to an individual/company and collected through the Application, such as name, address, identity number (if you are an individual), company identity data and documents (if you are not an individual), telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, permits and/or the like, and other information that may identify you as an Application user.

“VSMS 2.0” means PT. Otto Menara Globalindo (McEasy), a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

“Terms of Use” means the terms and conditions or standard operating procedures or other conditions in respect of each Application developed by McEasy, as may be changed or supplemented from time to time;

“Services” means things that are offered by McEasy through the Application to you, but not limited to the processing and delivery of products provided from time to time through the Application.

Purpose of the Personal/Company Information McEasy Collects

McEasy collects certain Personal/Company Information from you so that the Application can carry out its functions including but not limited to the purpose of contacting you about your account in the VSMS 2.0 Application and Services, providing Services to you, providing you with advertisements and marketing related to the VSMS 2.0 Services, respond to questions and/or requests you make of McEasy, and to detect, prevent, mitigate and investigate fraudulent or illegal activity.

Your provision of Personal Information

You can provide Personal/Company Information directly (for example, when you register as an Application user) or collected when you use the Application.

Data Logs

We want to inform you that every time you use our Service, if an error occurs in the application, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are usually used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and stored in your device’s internal memory.

This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, applications may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or reject these cookies and know when a cookie is sent to your device. If you choose to reject our cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of the Service.

Use of Personal Information That McEasy Collects

McEasy uses Personal/Company Information for the purpose of verifying your ownership of an account in our Application, to communicate with you in connection with the processing, use or management of Services and Applications and to provide you with information regarding Applications and Services. We may also use Personal/Company Information to send messages, general updates to Applications and Services, special offers or promotions.

McEasy uses aggregate Personal/Company Information to analyze your usage patterns of the Application. You hereby agree that your Personal/Company Information will be used by McEasy’s internal data processing system to ensure that the best Services in the Application are provided to you.

Providing Information McEasy Collects

You agree that VSMS 2.0 can provide your Personal/Company Information to third parties, both companies and individuals where McEasy cooperates to facilitate or provide operational assistance or application development and certain services for and/or on behalf of McEasy, for, in including, (i) providing consumer services; (ii) carry out services related to the Application (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, analysis of Application usage and improvement of features in the Application); (iii) assist us in analyzing how Applications and Services are used and how they are developed; or (iv) to assist our professional advisors and external auditors, including legal advisors, financial advisors and other relevant consultants. These third parties only have access to your Personal/Company Information to perform these tasks for and/or on behalf of Us and do not disclose or use the Personal/Company Information for any other purpose.

McEasy does not share your Personal/Company Information with any interested parties other than third parties with the specific use purposes mentioned in the first paragraph of this section, without your consent. However, We will disclose Your Personal/Company Information as long as legally required, or required to comply with statutory provisions, government institutions, or in the event of a dispute, or any form of legal process between You and McEasy, or between You and other parties in connection with, or related to the Application and Services, or in an emergency related to your security.

Protection of Personal/Company Data and Information

Protection of your data and Personal Information is an obligation for McEasy. McEasy will implement measures to protect and secure your data and Personal Information. However, McEasy cannot fully guarantee that McEasy systems will not be accessed by viruses, malware, tampering or extraordinary events including access by unauthorized third parties. You must maintain the security and confidentiality of data related to your account on the Application, including passwords and other data that you provide in this Application.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

McEasy may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect developments in McEasy’s business activities or as required by laws and regulations and related government institutions. If McEasy changes this Privacy Policy, McEasy will notify you via e-mail or provide notification on the Application 1 (one) day before the changes take effect. McEasy asks you to review the Application regularly and continuously while you are using the Application for the latest information about how the provisions of this McEasy Privacy Policy apply.

Others

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this Privacy Policy will be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Surabaya District Court.

Acknowledgment and Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and agree and agree to the storage, use, processing, provision and transfer of your Personal Information by McEasy as stated in this Privacy Policy.

McEasy also states that you have the right to provide all the information that you have provided to McEasy and to give McEasy the right to process and use and provide information to support and carry out the functions of the Application and free McEasy from all claims if in the future there is a claim for invalidity of the rights you provide information.
